Cal Dry 1500™
Cal Dry 1500™ is the ultimate dry packaging bag
on the market. It is specifically designed for the vacuum packaging of
moisture and ESD sensitive components. This 7 mil thick composite
material provides an extremely low MVTR and high puncture resistance.
Cal Dry 1500™ features an incredible 38-pounds puncture resistance,
which not only provides superior drop test performance, but also is the
best choice for vacuum packaging of trays, reels and tubes with sharp
edges.
Because Cal Dry 1500™ utilizes the most current metalizing technology,
its moisture barrier performance exceeds foil laminates for low Moisture
Vapor Transmission Rate (MVTR), particularly after flexing.
The multiple layer construction of Cal Dry 1500™ provides full
protection against ESD, EMI/RFI and tribocharging. |
