America Tape and Reel, Inc. is an authorized distributor of the Manual Carrier Tape Feeder. This carrier feeder is a manual carrier tape feeder that greatly improves the efficiency of manual assembly operations. This feeder eliminates the need to use awkward and space-consuming trays to deliver parts to workers on manual production lines.

Simple Start-Up and Operations

The same simple mechanism advances the tape and uncovers the component, presenting it for handling.

Set up is complete within 2 minutes. Operators need no special training. Simply adjust the guide to the width of the tape and select the width of the tape and the pitch with the 2 buttons on the side.

Flexibility

No need for dedicated feeders. The same feeder can handle a wide range of tape widths and reel sizes with simple adjustments.

Clamps onto any table or can be fitted onto portable base.

Two sizes of picking windows are available to present the correct number of components at a time.
Indexing can be done one component at a time or several components at a time to fill the picking window.
