SMT Carrier Tape - Custom Made

Rapid development of custom carrier tape from your part or drawing to taped product is as little as 24 hours! Standard development is 1-2 weeks. Tape widths range from 8mm to 200mm, pocket depths to 50mm.

Turtle tooling available at reduced price when time permits (three weeks).

Capabilities:

Fabrication of Precision Embossed Carrier Tape
Rapid Carrier Development in 24, 48, or 72 hours is available, standard production time is 1-2 weeks.
Tape widths range from 8mm to 200mm, pocket depths to 25mm.
Carrier available in Conductive and Non-Conductive Polymer material.
CAD drawing of the carrier pocket is furnished to our customer.
Tool and Die Builders and Engineering Support on staff.

The Process:

Customer supplies a component
Our Team designs carrier and furnishes CAD drawing for customer approval
Customer approves CAD drawing of proposed carrier
Our team builds the too and runs up to 50 meters of product

Complex and deep design pockets may require a slightly longer turn-around. All taped products are 100% vision inspected prior to shipment.
